I placed my order for a Viking Offshore 6 person after much debate and research. The next day someone from sales contacted me and made sure I already had a cradle (which I did because I ordered it earlier to mount on the deck) and if I was going to be needed a hydrostatic release. I felt the followup was good, they clearly wanted to help make my purchase successful and deliver a quality product.
Needed a life raft on short notice. Called Life Raft Professionals and Ben was very helpful. Gave advice to best fit our needs and helped coordinate the fastest delivery option. I received the life raft in less than 48 hrs! I can’t praise the quality of their customer service enough. Very responsive to questions after ordering, and even called to follow up and make sure the delivery company properly communicated with me. Their prices are also very competitive. Highly recommend life raft professionals!
