Superior Life Raft Shipping Process

Life Raft Shipping Process:

All Superior brand life rafts (except the Superior Halo Compact) are shipped palletized via ground freight and require a signature upon delivery. In order to avoid residential charges for shipping, it is recommended to ship to a commercial address with either an unloading dock or forklift on site. We are able to ship to a residential address, but a residential shipping fee will be added.

Shipping terminal pick up:

If you do not have a commercial address with an unloading dock or forklift on site, we are able to ship to directly to a shipping terminal that is closest to your home. Once the raft arrives at the shipping terminal you will be able to pick it up. Not only does this method save you money, it also reduces the transit time for your life raft.

Pick up from Superior:

If you are located near Raleigh, NC we can assist you in picking up the life raft directly from Superior Life-Saving Equipment, which will save you plenty on shipping! Please contact us at info@liferaftprofessionals.com if this method interests you.

Future lifesaver

Hopefully, I will never have to write a review on the Viking liferaft. From a tour at the local Viking sevice center where we observed similar rafts being serviced, the raft looked very sturdy. I am sure that if I ever have to use it, it won't disappoint me.

Surprisingly High Quality

Compared to the current Imperial gumby suits, these are noticeably an improvement.
The stitching is significantly tighter and they take the time to spot-glue the ends of the lines of stitching so that loose ends are much less likely to develop. Without the air-bladder and hose the suit is much less cluttered with fewer points of failure and less things to snag on.
All in all, for a Gumby suit at this price point, it exceeded my expectations.
